Founded
on Feb. 1, 2000, NetWorld Alliance immediately assumed ownership and operations
of ATMmagazine.com. On Sept. 15, 2000, the company introduced ATMmarketplace.com
as the industry's newest information and e-commerce resource.
NetWorld
purchased kiosks.org in October 2000, and launched KIOSKmarketplace.com
in January 2001. It organized the kiosks.org Association in 2001, hosting
an organizational meeting in April. In November 2001, NetWorld launched
PizzaMarketplace.com. In March 2002, NetWorld formed Church Central LLC
with the Rainer Group, a church consulting organization, and launched
ChurchCentral.com in May 2002.
NetWorld's
officers include Alan Fryrear, chairman; Dick Good, chief
executive officer; Tom Harper, president; Bob Fincher, executive
vice present for sales; and Craig Keefner, senior vice president
and publisher of kiosks.org.
Before founding
WaterMark Group in 1995, Fryrear spent 20 years with Duplex Products and
later worked 10 years in NCR's Systemedia division. He has more than 30
years' experience in the print communication industry, including custom
ATM receipt printing, supplies and bank forms management programs.
In 1999,
Dick Good completed a 15-year tenure as president and chief operating
officer of NTS Corp., a national residential and commercial real estate
development company. Prior to that, Good was first vice president of Third
National Bank in Nashville, Tenn. He held several sales, marketing, planning
and management positions during 15 years at IBM.
Tom Harper,
who joined Watermark Group in 1996 as senior vice president, has led NetWorld's
innovative Web development efforts and the company's expansion into new
industries. He is a co-founder of both the ATM Industry Association and
the ATM Advertising Council, and is the publisher in the company's Church
Central venture.
Bob Fincher,
former owner of a Web development firm in Tampa, Fla., oversees all sales
efforts for NetWorld. He is a former ATM industry consultant, and spent
nearly 20 years leading sales efforts for Maytag and Jenn-Air appliances.
Fincher owned one of the most successful independent distributorships
in the Maytag organization.
Craig Keefner
founded kiosks.org in 1993. The Houston native resides in Minnesota, though
he spends much of his time in Kentucky and traveling to kiosk events around
the world. Following a stint as a digital technician on an offshore seismic
exploration vessel, he took on a series of challenging assignments with
Northgate Computers, IBM (RF/Cellular & GIS), GCC (Target Stores)
and Northwest Airlines. Kiosks.Org became part of NetWorld Alliance in
2000, and Craig agreed to join the NetWorld management team. As executive
director of kiosks.org Association, Keefner is a leading voice in the
kiosk industry. |
