24-Hour
On-Call Technician |
AOne ATM, Inc. staffs a technician on-call 24 hours a day. After regular
business hours, a location can call our Toll-Free number and leave
a message for service. The technician is paged, checks the voice mail
message, and then returns the call for service immediately. Most service
calls can be handled over the phone with the location free of charge.
However, if needed, the service call can be escalated to include a
visit to the location by an authorized TASC technician. |

Program Member |
AOne
is a member of the Triton Authorized Service Contractor (TASC) Program.
TASC is a network of Triton Certified technicians committed to providing
the highest level of repair services available to the off-premise
ATM market. TASC allows nationwide coverage of Triton ATMs with a
membership of hundreds of technicians, with a goal of having a qualified
technician no further than 100 miles from any installation. |

Why
Is AOne ATM, Inc. a TASC Member? |
Most
off-premise ATM service calls require two visits. The first visit
would be to diagnose the problem and order replacement parts. The
second visit would then be needed to install the part and complete
the repair. As a member of TASC, Alliance is required to stock an
adequate inventory of service parts to support the Triton population
in their service market. Also, as a member of TASC, Alliance is required
to employ factory-trained technicians. These two main requirements
of TASC decrease the chance of extended periods of downtime, which
translate into more earnings potential for the location. |
